CADCAM combines the latest laser scanning technology with powerful, intelligent software, increasing productivity and consistently improving communications with our clients.
We’ve recently added a 3shape scanner to our Cadcam suite. Alongside our current Dental Wings scanners, this allows us to work on two of the most versatile platforms currently available.
Central Dental were amongst the pioneers in the UK in this exceptional Digital technology.
Our scanners and our numerous partnerships with first class milling centres, enable us to create frameworks for crowns and bridges up to 16 units, in multiple material options.
In addition, we offer implant superstructures together with primary and tertiary frameworks for telescopic work and provisional replacements made from plastics.
This high performance material can be used to create single crowns, inlays, abutments and bridges up to 16 units, consistently delivering superior aesthetics. This option is ideal for both short and long span bridges where strength is optimum.
• Metal Free
• 1100 MPa
Ideal for bonded & full anatomical restorations, All our bonded crown & bridge are designed using Cadcam and then milled to provide excellent accuracy. Whether restoring a single crown or a full span bridge, this nickel-free alloy is highly compatible and a perfect structure for the ceramic.
• High strength
• Nickel and Beryllium free
This cadcam version of e.max is ideal for posterior restorations. Full crown, inlay and onlays.
• High flexural strength of 360 MPa
• Extremely accurate
Choose these restorations where your patient requires an extremely high strength tooth coloured option. This is particularly ideal for posterior restorations. We now have two Zr options available. Highly Aesthetic Zr is our highly translucent option, which is still impressively strong at 650 MPa.
However, our main monolithic Zirconia option is Ultra strength Zr which we recommend if strength is key, which boasts 1100 MPa.
Our Formlabs 3D printer features a finely-calibrated optical system which ensures consistently precise prints, using resins tuned for the needs of a broad range of dental applications.
Thanks to this 3D printer and the seamless integration with our 3 shape and Dental Wings scanners, we are able to produce highly accurate models and implant stents, further enhancing our digital workflow.
