All of our Crown & Bridgework in the lab employs the benefits of Cadcam Technology. Cadcam combines the latest laser scanning technology with powerful, intelligent software, increasing productivity and consistently improving communication with our clients. We’re extremely proud to be one of the the pioneers in this exceptional technology in the UK.
IN-HOUSE MILLING CAPABILITIES
With the introduction of our In-House Milling Machine , we are now able to introduce an extensive amount of materials to suit every case that our clients send us and have absolute control at the same time. The Roland 5 Axis Milling machine was a very exciting purchase for us, especially with its ability to Mill Solvay Ultaire AKP - a real game changer!
Our new DG shape 5-axis dental mill has revolutionised our capabilities here at Central.
PRECISION 3D PRINTING CAPABILITIES
With our firm commitment to technology, we have invested in two of the most accurate 3D printers available to our industry in the Asiga MAX UV. This ensures us a consistently reliable outcome and seamless integration with all the leading 3D scanning and digital design software providers.
We can print all models we receive, from a basic Study to an extensive implant.
We feel this area is the future and along with models we are now printing Surgical guides for our implant clients together with prosthetic restorations.
